Who can apply?

  • If you are a 4th year undergraduate or graduate student in the 2025 – 2026 academic year or if you have recently graduated,
  • If you have a good command of English,
  • If you want to experience professional working life,
  • If you are future-oriented, sustainable and socially responsible, and ready to show it.

What awaits you during the evaluation process?

General Aptitude Test: The first step will be a general aptitude test. Your analytical, verbal, numerical and attention skills will be measured. This test will systematically measure how you can perform in different tasks and situations.

English Test: This test will measure your grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening skills.

Video Interview: We will ask you to shoot maximum 2-minute videos on two topics we will give you and send them to us. This stage will take a little longer as we will review the videos one by one.

HR and Department Interviews: As the last evaluation step, you will meet with our HR Business Partners and a team of different department managers and get to know you better.

Personality Inventory: After this step, regardless of your result, you will proceed to the next step. In this step, we would like to get a preliminary look at your strengths and competencies that are relevant to your choice and that could be an opportunity for development. To find out, we will wait for you to play a little game.
